You just got yourself a brand new PC or laptop that came with Windows 10 pre-installed. You’ve been browsing the internet and now you’re just wasting time and watching your battery percentage go down by the minute. So you decide to do what any smart person would: switch over to another operating system! Now, all of a sudden, you can't login because Windows 10 is so heavily involved in your daily life that it refuses to let go — no matter how much time and effort you put into removing it from your machine. Now what? Many users have found themselves in this situation, and many came out of it finding easy way to login. Here’s the easy way to login to Linux/Ubuntu/Login Scripts. EasyBCD is an open source software that enables you to change the bootloader on your computer. It allows you to add, remove, repair or replace your Windows entries, including Windows 8 Secure Boot entries. It also allows you to configure Linux boot entries, for dual-booting with Windows 10. EasyBCD can be accessed without any special permissions on all versions of Windows XP and later versions of Windows operating system. It also supports Windows Vista and Windows 7. EasyBCD is created in C programming language and uses standard tools like make, grep and sed in its makefile. You can now use EasyBCD to add, remove or change Linux boot entries on your computer. You will be prompted to choose the version of Linux you wish to boot over openSUSE Leap 18.1 You will also be prompted for two other dates - one shows your current date and time, and explains that this is just a quick way to test EasyBCD for Linux compatibility, and that you must use the official installer provided by EasyBCD for this purpose. The second date is just the date you decided to install EasyBCD . You will be prompted for a password to secure EasyBCD. After that, EasyBCD will be installed on your machine. EasyBCD can be used to change the bootloader on your computer, including the ability to add Linux boot entries, repair Windows Boot Manager entries, and even repair Secure Boot entries. With this capability in-hand you won't need to wait long before you can login to Linux or Ubuntu. Uninstallation of this tool is easy too: EasyBCD has built-in makefile for make uninstall.
