All three are 16 years old and their lives are pretty much the same until Lilia joins their school. She leaves her brother in charge at home while she goes to school, but she studies too much and ends up taking over Mina's role in class while Mina is absent. Lilia is also soon joined by her friend Maria. All three live in a small town in Mio, Japan and are certain that their lives won't change much because of Lilia's entrance into their school.
